DS4U & Debt Free with Armani partnership celebration competition

Promoter: Debt Solutions 4 U (Pty) Ltd, NCRDC2423.

1. The competition period

The competition opens on Friday 2 October 2026 and closes on Wednesday 21 October 2026. It runs for twenty days. Entries received after the closing time do not qualify.

2. How to enter

Complete the official competition survey. Completing the survey enters you automatically into the draw.

No purchase is necessary, and you do not have to leave a review to enter or to win. Entry costs you nothing beyond your own standard data or network charges for opening the link.

One entry per person. Where the same person submits more than one entry, only the first is counted.

3. Who may enter

Entry is open to natural persons aged 18 or older who are resident in South Africa.

Directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Debt Solutions 4 U, of Debt Free with Armani, or of any supplier of goods or services to this competition, and the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of any of them, may not enter.

4. Prizes

• First prize: a R2 500 Checkers voucher and a trophy.
• Second prize: a R1 500 Takealot voucher and a trophy.
• Third prize: a R1 000 Checkers voucher and a trophy.

Total prize value is R5 000 plus the trophies. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. The draw

Winners are selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw takes place within seven days of the closing date, on or before Wednesday 28 October 2026.

Winners are notified by email using the address supplied with their entry, within seven days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts over fourteen days, or declines the prize, that prize may be redrawn.

6. Verification

The promoter may require a winner to prove identity and eligibility before a prize is handed over, and may withhold a prize where an entry appears to be fraudulent or to breach these rules.

7. Your information

Information you give when entering is processed in line with our privacy policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Survey feedback is used to improve our service. We will only publish your feedback, anonymously or with your first name, if you separately give permission for that. That permission is optional and does not affect your entry.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, using the opt-out in any message we send you or by emailing us.

8. Reviews

We may invite you to leave a review. Any review you leave must be your own honest opinion. Leaving a review is entirely optional, is not a condition of entry, gives you no additional chance of winning, and has no bearing on the draw.

9. General

These rules are available free of charge at this page for the duration of the competition and for a reasonable period afterwards. The promoter may end or amend the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it, and will publish any change here.

The promoter's decision on any matter concerning the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

This competition is conducted in accordance with section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
